Refund and Returns Policy

Because Kowalski Polish Deli operates on an in-store pickup model and does not process payments online, our return policy is designed to ensure the freshness of our products and the efficiency of our deli services.

Order Fulfillment & Processing

  • Processing Time: Please allow a minimum of 2 to 4 hours for our team to receive, pick, and pack your order.
  • Same-Day Cutoff: Orders placed within two hours of our daily closing time may not be available for pickup until the following business day.
  • Stock Availability: All orders are subject to in-store fulfillment. As a fresh deli, certain items may sell out. We will attempt to contact you if any part of your order is unavailable.

Pickup Requirements

  • Pickup Window: Orders must be picked up within 48 hours of your scheduled time. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee quality or hold items beyond this window.
  • Payment: No money is collected through this website. Final payment is processed at the register at the time of pickup.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Inspection: We ask that you inspect your items at the register. Once perishable food items leave our facility, they cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Non-Perishables: For non-perishable goods, you may request an exchange or store credit within 7 days of pickup, provided the item is unopened and accompanied by your order confirmation.
